Entry/ Participation Conditions

– Bookings will only be held for five minutes after the scheduled workshop start time. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, your spot will be considered a no-show and may be offered to another participant.
– Tickets are non-transferable and must be used only for the session booked.
– Walk-ins may be accepted subject to availability, but priority will be given to pre-registered participants.
– Children may attend one session per day only.
– Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour throughout the session. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the child being removed from the activity at the discretion of event staff.
– Event staff are present to facilitate the activity, not to supervise children.
– Each child attending the workshop must have their own ticket. Parents or guardians do not require a ticket to supervise.

Health & Hygiene

– Gluten-free muffins are available but must be requested at the time of ticket registration. While we aim to accommodate where possible, we are unable to cater for all dietary requirements at this event
– No alterations or substitutions can be made on the day of the event for food items.
– Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
– Hand sanitiser will be available at the event area, and we encourage its use before and after the session

Please be advised that photos and videos may be captured throughout Caneland Central during your visit. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness by Sentinel Property Group and Caneland Central in promotional materials, which may include television, social media, print, or other traditional and electronic media.
